Why Sourcing EV Charging Parts From One Factory Matters

EV charging projects rarely fail because the technology is wrong. They fail because the supply chain is split. Buyers source the charging pile from one factory, the cable from a second, and the internal wiring harness from a third. That means three quality standards, three shipping schedules, and three people to chase when a connector overheats or a charging session drops mid-way.

Shenzhen Fast Charge Industry builds all three in one Shenzhen factory. Since 2010 we have manufactured new energy wiring harnesses to IATF 16949, and we now produce EV charging piles and charging cables to the same standard. Our line runs automatic stripping, crimping, and immersion tin machines. Every crimp is tensile-tested before moving on. Charging piles go through voltage and insulation tests on dedicated benches. Every batch is logged with material lot numbers and operator IDs — traceable six months later if a customer asks.

Customization covers cable length, connector type (Type 1, Type 2, GB/T, CCS), power rating, housing color, LOGO printing, and internal harness layout. Packaging ranges from bulk cartons to labeled reels and retail-ready polybags. We support prototype runs and small batches with no forced minimum. Many customers start with 20 piles or 50 harnesses for a field trial, then scale to volume.
